How do I report my card lost or stolen?
Call 1-800-820-8302 to report your card lost or stolen.

How do I take a cash advance?
There are three ways to take a cash advance:

  1. At any ATM displaying the symbols on the back of your card

  2. At any bank or credit union displaying the MasterCard logo

  3. Write a convenience check

How much of my credit line is available for a cash advance?
The available amount for cash advances is 50% of your credit line minus any existing cash advance balance you may still owe.

How can I add an authorized user to my account?
Call 1-800-820-8302 to add an authorized user to your account. Please have the individual's name, Social Security Number, and date of birth. It takes 7-10 days for a card to be received in the individual's name.

How can I request a credit line increase?
Call 1-800-820-8417 (Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5 PM CST) to request a credit line increase. A credit report will be evaluated to see what you qualify for. Your account is also reviewed periodically for an automatic credit line increase.

How can I transfer a balance from another credit card to this account?
Call 1-800-820-8417 to request a balance transfer. Please have the name of the lender or credit card company, your account number, dollar amount to be transferred, and payment mailing address. It takes 10-14 days for the balance transfer to be processed.

How can I make a payment?
There are four ways to make a payment:

1.       EZ Pay – Payment by phone by calling Customer Service at: 1-800-820-8302. Subject to $8.00 fee.

2.       Internet Payment – Using the https://www.gotomycard.com/ website. 

3.       Mail your payment directly to the new Payment Processing Center.

How can I dispute a charge?
Fill out the dispute section on the back of the statement containing the charge you wish to dispute. Mail the statement to: Disputes, PO Box 815909, Dallas, Texas, 75381-5909.

Complete an online dispute form at www.gotomycard.com.

How can I find out my current account information?
Register and log on to www.gotomycard.com for account information 24 hours a day free of charge or call 1-800-820-8302 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

How can I activate my card?
Call 1-800-820-8302

How can I pay bills with my credit card?
Call the company you wish to pay and provide them with your credit card account number to pay your bill automatically each month.

What is the Prime Rate? How is it calculated to determine my interest rate?
Prime is the base rate on corporate loans posted by at least 75% of the nation’s 30 largest banks.

Prime rate is set by the Federal Reserve and is used as an indicator of the current U.S. economic environment. This rate is used to determine the Annual Percentage Rate on variable accounts.

What is penalty pricing?
Penalty pricing is a higher interest rate you will pay if your account is more than 30 days past due. The current Annual Percentage Rate for penalty pricing is Prime plus 17.99%. After making 6 consecutive on time payments, you may call us to review your account for a lower interest rate.
